absolutely terrible stay at the Meridian in Sunny Beach. The bathroom was cramped beyond belief, and the air conditioning was practically non-existent. I woudl have expected at least a complimentary upgrade for such discomfort, yet here I am, left to deal with my very substandard experience. Almost gave it a good review, but just couldn't.

The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

Unfortunately, the daily cleaning was not thorough, and it mostly involved changing towels and emptying trash bins. I noticed the toilet had an unpleasant odor, which was quite off-putting. the waiting times for the elevators during breakfast and dinner were quite frustrating.

A room with a view!

Waking up every morning to a spectacular view was the highlight of our stay. The nearby attractions offered delightful exploration, and the rooftop dining truly elevated our experience.

The elevators were a constant hassle, taking ages to arrive during breakfast rushes. the cleanliness of our room could have been better, often just receiving basic attention.

the hotel was really nice n clean, our room was big and comfy with a great sea view! the staff were super friendly and helped us when we had a lil problem with our shower, fixed it quickly. also loved the cocktails at the lobby bar, friggin amazing!

but the lifts were a nightmare, always took forever. and the food in the restaurant was kinda boring, not much variety n sometimes not cooked well.

the hotel's proximity to the beach, only a short stroll of about 500 meters, was fantastic for leisurely morning walks. The nearby lively bars and restaurants provided great options for evening entertainment just a few steps away. being a single traveler, I enjoyed the clean and spacious room, though the lifts could be quite slow during busy hours.

Why it’s almost great (but not quite)

The stunning views from the room left me breathless, complemented by a delicious variety of food that catered to everyone’s taste buds.

Unfortunately, the cleaning service was lacking, with just minimal attention to the room during my stay.

The poolside relaxation was enjoyable, but the room cleaning lacked thoroughness.

We had a lovely time enjoying the delicious dinners that changed every night and the well-baked bacon for breakfast. The outdoor swimming pool and massage treatments were such nice ways to unwind after busy days. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times, but overall, it was a fantastic experience! 😊

Family with children, don't set your expectations too high

The beach was right nearby, making it easy for the kids to run into the sand. We had a great time at the pool, even though it was quite cold, it was fun to splash around when it wasn't crowded.

It was just a smart choice for a city trip in Sunny Beach with good value for cost. The nearby lively bars and restaurants provided great options for evening entertainment just a few steps away. Try to haggle with prices at souvenir shops to save some money.

Dinners were great, with a different menu every evening. Breakfast included well-baked bacon. The pool area had a swim-up bar. The room was spacious with a nice balcony view. a comfortable stay for the family. 😊

We had an amazing week, enjoying the splendid views from our balcony and the delicious variety of food offered during breakfast and dinner. however, the clean-up service could use improvement.
